We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, APIs, or payment processors integrated into our services.
10. Disclaimer

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREAM ADVERTISING LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or Website access in case of breach, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
