This Non-Refund Policy applies to all services provided by DREAM ADVERTISING LTD via https://www.dreamadvertising.net.
1. General Policy
All payments made to DREAM ADVERTISING LTD are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
2. Services Covered
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Digital marketing services
- Advertising and media buying
- Consulting and strategy services
- Software, API, and technology services
- Custom development and integrations
- Setup, onboarding, and configuration fees
3. No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already delivered or commenced
- Work involving allocated resources or third-party costs
- Digital services, licenses, or access provision
- Delays caused by client-side inaction or missing information
- Change of mind or business decisions by the client
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Dispute submission with payment providers
- Recovery of associated fees and costs
5. Exceptional Cases
Any exception to this policy must be explicitly agreed in writing by DREAM ADVERTISING LTD management.

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
